Hair are essential part of any girl. Girls are very conscious about their hair. She will be very stiff if her hair are dry and damaged. If your hair not get appropriate moisturizer then your hair will be dry and harm. Here are some alternatives for make your hair healthy.
- Hot oil massage:
It is an old technique for make the dry hair healthy. It is very simple method. You just take any oil. Like, olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil etc. heated it gently. Now take the oil on fingertips and implement on the top of the head. Apply this on other places and then massage it little bit. Do it for 15 minute. Then leave it for couple of hour or for whole night for better outcome. This will help to circulate blood vessel properly in hair. At the end wash your hair properly for good result.
- Vinegar for dry hair:
It is also an old method for treatment of dry hair. Vinegar is very useful for hair but too much use of vinegar will make your hair dry earlier. First of all you have to wash your hair with shampoo and then conditioner it. Then take one cup of white vinegar and 3 to 4 cup of water. Mix it properly. And apply this in hair. Massage your hair lightly for few minute. Then dry your hair with water.
- Avocado for dry hair:
It is very beneficl for the hair. it include vitamin A,D,E and also have protein, iron, copper etc. you need one avocado, egg white of one egg, any type of oil like olive oil, coconut oil, yogurt one table spoon. Mix all these ingredients and make a paste. Now apply this mask on your hair properly. Leave it for 30 minute and then wash with water (not so hot).
- Banana for dry hair:
Banana is very useful if you have a problem of dry hair. It include supplement A, B, C and E, also nutrients, iron. You just need one banana, ½ table spoon of avocado oil and 2 to 3 table spoon of coconut milk for make the paste smooth. First of all you have to mash the banana and then add avocado oil and coconut milk and mix it effectively. Now apply it on hair and leave it for 30 minute. Then wash your hair with cold water. It is best for make dry hair silky and shiny.
- Eggs for damage hair:
Egg is one of the most important ingredient for dry hair. It has proteins which is very useful for hair. You need 1 or 2 eggs, 1 or 2 table spoon of lemon juice and 2 table spoon of olive oil. First of all beat the eggs. And add lemon juice and oil in it. Mix it properly and apply on hair. Leave it for 15 to 20 minute. After this wash the hair with shampoo. Use it 2 to 4 weeks.
- Unboiled milk:
For make the dry hair strong, take some UN boiled dairy in a dish. And apply it on hair with pure cotton. Wash hair after one hour.
- Coco powder:
It is also very use dry hair. You just need white vinegar, honey,coco powder and yogurt. Mix these ingredient properly and apply on hair for few minute.
